The packaging was actually really solid, and my order showed up with zero damage. Even if some delivery dingus tossed it around, it still made it here in perfect shape...
"Refund took longer than I wanted, but it got done"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to request a refund. I was getting a little impatient waiting a few days to hear back, but they did eventually process it and the money came back without any problems. Could’ve been faster, but in the end it was handled fine.

"Return was surprisingly easy"
I ordered the wrong part and was expecting the return to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. Customer service got back to me fast and explained exactly what to do. The refund came through a few days later too. I mean, returns are still annoying in general, but this one was handled really well and I appreciated not getting the runaround.

"Better than other places I’ve tried"
I ordered from 360supply.com and was impressed. The quality was better than I expected, and compared to a few other suppliers I’ve used before, everything felt cleaner and more solid right out of the box. It matched what I needed, I used it right away, and didn’t run into any issues. No complaints from me, I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty good selection, but a few things felt oddly missing"
They’ve got a decent amount of stuff, so I can’t really complain too much. But I did find myself wandering around trying to track down certain sizes and brands that I feel like should’ve been there. Maybe it was just bad timing, or maybe they’re quietly pushing people toward certain options, who knows. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just wish the selection was a little wider and less suspiciously limited in a few spots

I ordered from 360supply.com and was happy with the packaging. The box felt strong, parts were wrapped good, and nothing was sliding around or showed up damaged. It's a simple thing, but it really does matter. I’d order from them again.

"Prices are okay, but I’d still shop around"
I’ve ordered from 360supply.com a couple of times now, the prices are kind of hit or miss. Some things seemed totally fair, but then a few items were higher than I expected, like really, that much?!
Checkout was easy and shipping was fine, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. I’d probably buy from them again if the price looked right, but I’d definitely compare with a few other places first. Overall, not bad, just average for me.

"Mostly right, but still a little frustrating"
The order was mostly correct, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. But one item was wrong, when you’re paying for something, it feels fair to expect the full order to be done right. Not a huge deal, just annoying and something that could’ve been handled with a bit more care.

I ordered some supplies from 360supply and did local pickup the next day. I was kind of feeling trapped waiting around for shipping because I needed the stuff quickly, so being able to grab it nearby was a huge relief. Everything was ready when I got there, and the guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Super easy experience, and I’ll definitely use them again...

"Decent enough, but I probably expected a little more"
Ordering was straightforward and the site didn’t give me any trouble. The shipping took longer than I was expecting, and the updates weren’t exactly quick, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. The product was fine when it finally showed up, just not really anything that made me feel like the price was totally worth it. It did the job, but I wouldn’t say I was especially impressed.

Ordering from 360supply.com was straightforward, and the delivery scheduling was the best part. I was able to pick a time that actually worked for me instead of sitting around all day guessing when the order might show up.
The driver did arrive within the window and I got a heads up before he got there, which I appreciated. There was a small mix-up along the way, though, and I was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the hassle. Still, the process was mostly smooth and I’d probably use them again.

Checking out on 360supply.com was easy overall. I found what I needed and got through payment without much hassle. One of the pages felt a bit slow for a minute, and I had to double-check the shipping info just to be sure, haha. It all worked out in the end though. Not bad, just kind of average.

It took a couple back-and-forth messages, but they did get everything sorted and made it right. Not a perfect experience since the problem happened in the first place, but my gut feeling ended up being right — they handled it well, and I’m happy with the outcome.
